Ways we can work together
Start wherever makes sense. Everything below can be done in person in the Okanagan or by video anywhere in Canada.
Services and fees
Discovery Call
A short, no-pressure conversation so we can both work out whether this is a good fit.
- Tell me what's going on in your own words
- I'll tell you honestly whether I can help
- If someone else is a better fit, I'll say so
- No plan, no pitch, no obligation
Initial Consultation
A proper first session. We go through your history and your habits in detail, and you leave with something you can start on straight away.
- Intake form completed before we meet, so we use the time well
- Full conversation about digestion, energy, sleep, stress and eating patterns
- A written summary and starting plan sent within three business days
- Practical food suggestions, not a rigid meal plan
- Two weeks of email follow-up for questions that come up
Follow-Up Session
For existing clients. We look at what worked, what didn't, and adjust from there.
- Review what you've actually been able to do
- Troubleshoot the parts that didn't fit
- Add the next change when you're ready for it
- Updated written notes after each session
Comprehensive Nutrition Assessment
The deep version. You complete a detailed intake, I review it properly, and you get a written plan built specifically for you.
- Detailed written intake covering diet, digestion, energy, sleep and lifestyle
- I carefully review your intake and prepare a personalized plan before we speak
- For complex situations, a full body systems review of how digestion, energy, sleep, stress and more connect
- A written plan covering priorities, foods to focus on, and a realistic order of operations
- A 45-minute session to walk through it and answer questions
- Any supplement suggestions come with the reasoning and the cautions
Foundations Program
For people who don't want a one-off plan but ongoing support while things actually change. Habits take longer than one session, and this is built for that.
- Everything in the Comprehensive Assessment to start
- Five follow-up sessions across three months
- Email support between sessions
- Seasonal grocery guides and simple recipes built around your plan
- We adjust as your life changes, not as a schedule dictates
Community Workshops
Practical, friendly nutrition sessions for community groups, health centres and gatherings. Price depends on group size, travel and materials.
- Eating with the seasons in the Okanagan
- Building a balanced plate on a real budget
- Steady energy: food, sleep and the afternoon crash
- Reading a supplement label
- Spring greens: dandelion and nettle, with safe identification basics
- Respecting world food traditions: cooking from the cultures in the room
A 60 to 90 minute talk, a hands-on food demo, or a short series.

What actually happens
We talk
A free call first, so nobody spends money finding out we're not a fit.
You fill in an intake
Sent before we meet. It means our session is spent on solutions, not on me taking notes.
We build the plan
Two or three changes to start, in an order that makes sense for your week. Not thirty.
We adjust
Real life interferes. That's expected, and it's what follow-ups are for.
What's included, and what isn't
Included in every paid session: written notes afterwards, practical food suggestions you can actually shop for, and honest answers about where the evidence is strong and where it isn't.
Not included: diagnosis of any condition, medical test ordering or interpretation, advice about your medication, or any claim that food or a supplement will treat or cure something. Those are outside what a Registered Holistic Nutritionist does. More on scope of practice.
